- Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's Boater Safety On-line Education Course
A boater education course is required for persons born on or after Jan. 1, 1986 to legally operate a motorboat (including sailboats and PWCs) in the state of Arkansas. Recommended for all who boat in Arkansas waters. This is a convenient way to meet the requirement or just make yourself a better boater even if you are not required to complete the course.
