Edutain Your Group with One of Scott's Awesome AV Presentations
Spending many days on the river each year gives Scott plenty of opportunities for writing ideas and photography. He has produced many multimedia presentations which are both entertaining and educational and has spoken at fly-fishing clubs, Trout Unlimited chapters, and community groups in Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis and Dallas as well as many meetings in Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas. He can custom tailor a presentation for die-hard anglers or general audiences. Scott is continually updating and adding new content to these presentations.
Presentations are available on:
-
Fly-fishing the White River Tailwater System - An introductory presentation about fly-fishing the White River system. Covers wade safety and generation to options for boating and matching hatches and bait fish forms. A favorite presentation with fly-fishing clubs and conservation groups. Contains a lot of compressed content. Allow a full hour for this program.

-
White River Hatches - A more specialized program on White River hatches which goes into the angling biology of mayflies, caddis, midges and the smaller crustaceans as well as problem solving hatch imitations. Suggestive fly patterns are discussed. The program also corrects a few misconceptions along the way. Utilizing macro and microscopic photography, the presentation will open the eyes of many anglers who have never experienced hatches first hand. The program has grown extremely large. Scott now has a separate program on Caddisflies and is working on breaking the general program into further separate programs. Mixed with some fly tying segments, these presentations would make a terrific program for a day long seminar. Includes history and resources on matching the hatch.

-
Tactics on Trout - A general interest program. Scott shares his own personal journey into fly fishing and discusses the basic tackle requirements, how to select flies, and how to read water and present the fly to fish.

-
Trout Feeding Behavior - Takes a look at how trout feed. Analyzes what stimulates trout to feed; where trout hold in currents and near structure to feed; how they eat in the surface film; and how different factors including hatches, flows, water clarity, temperature and dissolved oxygen, and seasonal food availability affect their feeding habits. Suggests methods of approach and presentation.

Includes practical advice on maintenance, care, rowing and fishing techniques. Great introduction for those considering purchasing a drift boat or anyone just interested in drift boats.
