Norfork Dam May See Minimum Flow Construction Start This Winter

Minimum flow design has been started and the construction phase will likely begin this winter. The design phase should be completed soon and construction on the bulkhead and siphon should start in December according to Corps project manager, Mike Biggs. See the article and listen to the interview.
